We are honored to be entrusted with your patient’s care at Oak Mountain. We gladly partner with practices who share our dedication to excellence and top-level patient care.

We offer a wide range of surgical and prosthetic services for doctors from all over Shelby County, Hoover, Birmingham, and the rest of Alabama.

We can restore the prosthetic after a surgery or we can leave that up to you. We do not offer hygiene services or typical restorative dentistry, so all patients referred to us remain with their dental home.

We highly value communication in both directions. All progress on a patient’s case will be relayed back to the referring doctor.

Surgical Services available include:
– Extractions (from simple to bony impacted)
– Implant Placement (from single to AOX/pterygoid)
– Osseous Enhancement (includes Torus/Exostosis removal, Sinus Lifts, Ridge Augmentations and splits)
– Soft Tissue Enhancement (Includes KT augmentation, Vestibuloplasty, Frenectomy)

Prosthetic Services include Complete Dentures, Partial Dentures, Implant Partials and Dentures and AOX with Zirconia and/or Titanium.

Note: We do not restore Maxillary Overdentures unless supported by a Hader Bar substructure, and thus typically recommend AOX for maxillary implant arches.

In order to refer a patient to our office, simply supply the following:
– Referring Doctor name and Contact Info
– Patient name, DOB, and Contact Info
– Any relevant radiographs

Finally:
– A brief summary of the proposed treatment and where it fits into your overall plan for the patient.

– If you do not have CT access or are unsure of what is possible with grafting, tissue enhancement, etc, we are happy to do a full CT workup to develop an optimal course of treatment if requested.
