After earning his dental degree with honors from the University of Connecticut, Dr. Kwolek was accepted to the Foundry dental residency in Bessemer, where he received focused training in implant surgery, bone grafting, and dental prosthetics.
Now as a faculty member, he enjoys teaching advanced implant and prosthetic techniques to other dentists each week.
This work has also provided significant experience in helping those who have struggled with dental anxiety, addiction, or past trauma – for that reason, he has put great effort into building a safe and comfortable environment for each and every one of his patients.
Dr. Kwolek is committed to staying at the front of his field, traveling across the country and even internationally to maintain his skills at the very highest level. He also volunteers with the Christian Medical Ministry of Alabama to provide care for those in need.
Dr. Kwolek is proud to serve his local community. When he’s not in the office, you can usually find him playing guitar, lifting weights or trying a new restaurant with his wife, Madolyn, and their three kids.
Office Manager
Maddy is an ICU nurse with many years of experience in the field of cardiac surgery. She holds BLS and ACLS certifications and is deeply committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care. Outside of work, Maddy enjoys spending time with her husband Josh and their children - cooking, homemaking, exercising, playing music, and exploring the outdoors. She also serves on her church’s worship team and volunteers in the Sunday school program.
Clinical Lead
Leanna is a BLS certified surgical assistant who trained at the Foundry Dental Center. There, she established a strong background in implant surgery and saw thousands of lives transformed with renewed confidence. Outside of work, Leanna is a full-time mom to a spunky daughter who fills her life with laughter. She also serves as a group leader at her church, mentoring girls and women in the Freedom program and is pursuing a Christian Leadership certificate from Highlands College. Leanna feels truly blessed to be part of the dental world and honored to help bring smiles back to her community.
